Common use of TCU Payments Clause in Contracts

TCU Payments. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 6 to the contrary, the Owner will purchase and the Vendor will provide the first eleven thousand one hundred (11,100) TCUs at a price of two thousand three hundred fifteen dollars ($2,315.00) each. Any additional TCUs purchased by the Owner in excess of eleven thousand one hundred (11,100) TCUs will be sold by the Vendor to the Owner for one thousand five hundred five dollars ($1,505.00) each. From July 15, 1997 through December 31, 1997, the Vendor will provide one (1) HCU free of charge for every four (4) TCUs purchased by the Owner at the one thousand five hundred five dollars ($1,505.00) price per unit. At any time after December 31, 1997, any TCUs or HCUs purchased by the owner will be provided at the prices otherwise set forth in Schedules 2 and 3 to the Contract.
