Common use of TDCC Affiliates Clause in Contracts

TDCC Affiliates. It is understood and agreed that TDCC may at its sole discretion fulfill some or all of its obligations by or through its Affiliates, and that TDCC may grant sublicenses under the Program Technology to its Affiliates subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. TDCC hereby warrants and guarantees the performance by its Affiliates of, and shall remain jointly and severally liable for, all applicable obligations of its Affiliates under this Agreement, including without limitation, the payment of applicable royalties.
