TDD Sales Tax Fund. During the Term of this Agreement, all TDD Sales Taxes generated within the Highlands Village TDD shall be deposited into the "TDD Sales Tax Fund," which shall be established and administered by the City in compliance with the laws of the State and this Agreement.
