TDSO, individually Sample Clauses

TDSO, individually for itself and as a TDSO connected to NJHIN, agrees and acknowledges that its, and all other TDSOs’ respective, Digital Credentials may be activated and temporarily or permanently suspended and/or revoked at any time and that it, and any other TDSO, individually and/or collectively, may suspend and/or terminate its/their participation in the NJHIN at any time. TDSO, individually, for itself and as a TDSO connected to NJHIN, may not rely upon the availability of its or a particular TDSO’s connectivity and use of NJHIN and/or of any Message Content, at any time.
