TEACHER EXCHANGES. E.17.1 Teachers who hold comparable positions may mutually agree to exchange their positions for a definite or indefinite period of time, provided that the exchange does not constitute an increase or decrease in appointment and is subject to the approval of the Superintendent. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
