TEACHERS WHO SUBSTITUTE Sample Clauses
The "Teachers Who Substitute" clause defines the terms and conditions under which substitute teachers are engaged to temporarily fill in for regular teaching staff. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria for substitutes, the duration and scope of their assignments, and the compensation or benefits they receive during their service. By clearly specifying these details, the clause ensures that both the school and substitute teachers understand their rights and obligations, thereby maintaining continuity in classroom instruction and minimizing disruptions when regular teachers are absent.
