Teaching Facilities and Instructional Equipment. Teachers shall have direct access to all facilities, materials, supplies, and instructional equipment housed within their school system building that are essential and necessary for the performance of their teaching responsibilities in accordance with reasonable guidelines to be established by the principal or any necessary accounting procedures.
