Tech Com Prices. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Charges that Tech Com bills Verizon for Tech Com's Services, except for Switched Exchange Access Service charges generally assessed on Interexchange Carriers by Tech Com in connection with the termination of Toll Traffic which will not be affected by this Agreement, shall not exceed the Charges for Verizon's comparable Services, except to the extent that Tech Com has demonstrated that Tech Com's cost to provide such Tech Com Services to Verizon exceeds the Charges for Verizon's comparable Services.
