Common use of Tech Data Reports Clause in Contracts

Tech Data Reports. Tech Data shall, if requested, render monthly sales ----------------- out reports on Tech Data's BBS system. Information provided will include: month and year sales activity occurred, internal product number (assigned by Tech Data), written description, state and zip-code of Customer's location, unit cost (distributor's cost at quantity 1), quantity and extended cost (cost times quantity). A monthly inventory report will be provided on a paper format once a month. VENDOR agrees that any such information provided by Tech Data shall be received and held by VENDOR in strict confidence and shall be used solely for sell through or compensation reporting information and shall not be used for purposes related to VENDOR's direct sales activities.
