Technical Access. BMJ will not have any liability should a Website become unavailable or access to a Website become slow or incomplete due to system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of server requests, network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make a Website slow, incomplete or inaccessible to Authorised Users.

Technical Access. The Accredited Body’s ICT environment must be secured in accordance with the Policy and should: (a) be protected by appropriately configured gateway environment (including firewalls); (b) include technical access controls protecting any Police Information stored electronically outside of NSS, for example, restricted file system permissions; and (c) maintain a static IP address to avail web services (if applicable).
Technical Access. APA intends for the Psychiatryonline web site to be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. APA will make reasonable efforts to notify the Subscriber of any unusually extended interruptions and will attempt to restore access to sites as soon as possible. Subscriber and the Licensees agree to cooperate with APA in restoring access to a Licensee. Any compensation due to extended interruptions are subject to negotiation at the next renewal.

The AAP will make available the electronic copy of each Journal issue within 3 days of releasing the printed version. c. The AAP will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its web servers have adequate capacity and bandwidth to support the usage of the Subscribed Materials at a level commensurate with the standards of availability for online information services of similar scope operating via the World Wide Web, as such standards evolve from time to time over the term of this Agreement.
