Technical Access. BMJ will not have any liability should a Website become unavailable or access to a Website become slow or incomplete due to system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of server requests, network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make a Website slow, incomplete or inaccessible to Authorised Users.
Technical Access. The Accredited Body’s ICT environment must be secured in accordance with the Policy and should:
(a) be protected by appropriately configured gateway environment (including firewalls);
(b) include technical access controls protecting any Police Information stored electronically outside of NSS, for example, restricted file system permissions; and
(c) maintain a static IP address to avail web services (if applicable).
Technical Access. APA intends for the Psychiatryonline web site to be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. APA will make reasonable efforts to notify the Subscriber of any unusually extended interruptions and will attempt to restore access to sites as soon as possible. Subscriber and the Licensees agree to cooperate with APA in restoring access to a Licensee. Any compensation due to extended interruptions are subject to negotiation at the next renewal.
Technical Access. As part of the Broker’s services, the Customer may be receiving one-off or periodic assessments of the Customer’s cloud procurement. The Customer will have provided the Broker with access to the Customer’s billing data for this, and the Customer will have done this consciously and proactively by providing access through the Cloud Provider’s Identity and Access Management (“IAM”) service. In this regard, the Broker would be acting as a subcontractor to the Customer, and the terms governing the Broker’s use of the Customer data can be found at:
Technical Access. Merchant acknowledges and agrees that technical processing of Merchant Information is and may be required:
(a) for the Service to function; (b) to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks;
(c) to conform to the technical requirements of the Service; or
(d) to conform to other, similar technical requirements. Merchant also acknowledges and agrees that Shabang! may access Merchant's account and its contents as necessary to identify or resolve technical problems or respond to complaints about the Service.

However, the AAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR REFUNDS SHOULD A SITE BECOME TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE OR IF ACCESS TO A SITE BECOMES SLOW OR INCOMPLETE due to system back-up procedures, Internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make Journal content inaccessible to Institutional Subscriber. The AAP will make reasonable efforts to notify Institutional Subscriber of any unusually extended interruptions and will attempt to restore access to Subscribed Materials as soon as possible.
b. The AAP will make available the electronic copy of each Journal issue within 3 days of releasing the printed version.
c. The AAP will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its web servers have adequate capacity and bandwidth to support the usage of the Subscribed Materials at a level commensurate with the standards of availability for online information services of similar scope operating via the World Wide Web, as such standards evolve from time to time over the term of this Agreement.

However, publishers WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR REFUNDS SHOULD A SITE BECOME UNAVAILABLE TEMPORARILY OR ACCESS TO A SITE BECOMES SLOW OR INCOMPLETE due to system back-up procedures, Internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make Journal content inaccessible to Institutional subscribers. Publishers will make reasonable efforts to notify Institutional subscribers of any unusually extended interruptions and will attempt to restore access to sites as soon as possible.

However, neither BMJ nor any of its licensors will be liable for damages or refunds should the Site become unavailable or access to the Site becomes slow or incomplete due to system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make the Site inaccessible to Licensee or Authorised Users.
Technical Access. Callaway Golf grants to CEMV the right to ---------------- reasonable access to Callaway Golf technical personnel without charge; provided, however, that such access shall not exceed thirty (30) hours of Callaway Golf personnel time in any one calendar month. All such access shall be coordinated through a single individual identified by Callaway Golf.
