BMJ will not have any liability should a Website become unavailable or access to a Website become slow or incomplete due to system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of server requests, network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make a Website slow, incomplete or inaccessible to Authorised Users.
