Technical Amendment. The parties agree that all references in the Management Agreement to NB Management shall hereby be changed to NBIA.

Technical Amendment. If Administrative Agent and the Borrower Representative shall have jointly identified an obvious error (including, but not limited to, an incorrect cross-reference) or any ambiguity, error, omission, mistake or defect of a technical or immaterial nature, in each case, in any provision of this Agreement or any other Credit Document (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any exhibit, schedule or other attachment to any Credit Document), then Administrative Agent (acting in its sole discretion) and the Borrower Representative or any other relevant Credit Party shall be permitted to amend such provision and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to any Credit Document. Notification of such amendment shall be made by Administrative Agent to the Lenders promptly upon such amendment becoming effective. Any such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to any Credit Document if the same is not objected to in writing by the Requisite Lenders within five (5) Business Days following receipt of notice thereof.
Technical Amendment. Section 8401(37)(B) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting ‘‘and before January 1, 2014,’’ after ‘‘after December 31, 2012,’’.
