Common use of Technical Amendment Clause in Contracts

Technical Amendment. Section 852(7)(B) of the For- eign Service Act of 1980 (22 U.S.C. 4071a(7)(B)) is amended by inserting ‘‘and before January 1, 2014,’’ after ‘‘after December 31, 2012,’’. (b) DEDUCTIONS AND WITHHOLDINGS FROM PAY.—Section 856(a)(2) of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 (22 U.S.C. 4071e(a)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting ‘‘or a further revised annuity participant’’ after ‘‘revised annuity participant’’; and (2) by adding at the end the following:
