TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMEND- MENT. Section 8D(j) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended—
(1) by striking ‘‘section 3(d)
(1) and inserting ‘‘section 3(d)(1)(A)’’; and
(2) by striking ‘‘section 3(d)(2)’’ and inserting ‘‘section 3(d)(1)(B)’’.
TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMEND- MENT. The table of contents for the Con- trolled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) is amended by inserting after the item relat- ing to section 520 the following: ‘‘Sec. 521. Reporting requirements of elec- tronic communication service providers and remote com- puting services for certain con- trolled substances violations.’’.
