Technical Assistance. OCR will provide technical assistance to the University, to the extent practicable, during the University's implementation of this Agreement. The University’s duty to comply with this Agreement is not altered by the availability of technical assistance. By signing the Agreement, the University agrees to provide data and other information in a timely manner in accordance with the reporting requirements of this Agreement.
