Technical Assumptions. Design Survey
1. Field Crews will be paid NYS Prevailing Wages.
2. The field survey shall include the collection of planimetric and topographic features for the development of 3D mapping using MicroStation products. Critical terrain features will be surveyed for the development of a surface model to generate contour lines at a 1-foot interval.
3. Conduct a detailed topographic survey of the proposed site area of concern as depicted in the sketch attached. Items to be surveyed include, but are not limited to: pavements, surface features, ditches, utilities, etc.
4. Topographic features to be surveyed - see attached survey limits map.: • Bridge Features: o Deck joints o Centerline of bearings o Deck width o Face to face of bridge rail o Backwall dimensions o Bridge Seats o Pier Geometry • Utility Survey o Utilities will be shown on project mapping from record plans received from dig safe 811. Inverts of all gravity fed structures will be collected and shown in project mapping (Sanitary & Storm) NA
1. The Draft Design Approval Document is assumed to be a Bridge Rehabilitation Report (BRR) It is assumed that the project will not result in significant environmental impacts and will receive a negative declaration.
2. One public information meeting is assumed. The Consultant will prepare a brochure/fact sheet to be distributed at the public meeting. Assume 50 brochure/fact sheets for the meeting. Assume a PowerPoint presentation will also be developed.
3. It is assumed that a Public Hearing is not required.
4. This project is assumed to be a bridge rehabilitation project (superstructure replacement) based on the existing condition. Bridge replacement will not be a feasible alternative based on the condition of the existing structure. The bridge rehabilitation vs. replacement checklist will be completed.
1. Assume no Detailed Studies for Hazardous Waste will be required. Such studies will be covered under a Supplemental Agreement, if needed.
2. Assume screening and sampling for Asbestos Containing Materials.
3. Assume analysis of potential impacts to Threatened and Endangered Species will be required. Project will follow Section 7 Endangered Species procedures. However, if a species-specific survey is needed for identified T/E species, it may need to be conducted by an Ecological Consultant (ex: bat survey, plant survey, mussel survey and relocation) and will be covered under a separate agreement.
4. Assume a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will not b...
Technical Assumptions. (a) Unless the Company shall, no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to each Calculation Date, deliver to the Global Agent for approval by the Global Agent (acting on the instructions of the Lenders in consultation with the Lenders’ Engineer) a notice specifying any changes to the Technical Assumptions for each Calculation Period to be used in any Financial Test to be prepared hereunder with respect to such Calculation Date, the prevailing Technical Assumptions shall continue to apply.
Technical Assumptions. 1.7.1 Performance goals for the applications are heavily dependent on the technical architecture and hardware. County is responsible for specific tasks relating to network design, hardware capacity planning, network performance testing, etc. Contractor will not warrant the performance of servers, network or other elements not supplied by Tyler under this Agreement.
Technical Assumptions. A full-time Resident Engineer and Senior Inspector shall be required for the duration of the Project, with part-time staffing during pre-construction and close- out. A part-time Office Engineer / Inspector will be required over half of the project duration, excluding pre-construction and close-out (20 hours/week on average). See Staffing Worksheet for full explanation of hours for each title. Notwithstanding any provision of the Agreement, in the event that the Agreement budget is expended for any reason (other than a default by WSP) including but not limited to construction work continuing beyond the time period set forth in the Technical Assumptions, or if funds have not been appropriated or are not otherwise legally available to the City to fund the ongoing operations of XXX, XXX shall upon written notice to the City discontinue providing services until such time as a supplemental agreement for the ongoing/additional services is entered into and sufficient funds are appropriated or otherwise made available to the City to fund the ongoing/additional services or supplemental agreement.
