Common use of Technical Costs Clause in Contracts

Technical Costs. (a) All Technical Costs of whatever nature will be charged to the Airline at cost, with no additional mxxx up or commission. All Technical Costs will be subject to review on an annual basis and shall not exceed the costs stipulated in the annual budget unless otherwise agreed. (b) In the event that the same programme is used for both Cathay and Dragonair, the Technical Costs should be equally shared between Cathay and Dragonair.
