Technical Design Standards Sample Clauses

Technical Design Standards. The Company hereby adopts the technical standards of Shell Oil Company (the “Technical Design Standards”). The Technical Design Standards will be included in the Manual of Technical Design, HSSE and Operating Standards for the Company. The Company will utilize these Technical Design Standards in the design and construction of the ELC Facilities, and the Company will require the Operator to utilize these Technical Design Standards in the operation of the ELC Facilities.
