TECHNICAL MATERIAL. The Supplier must, without additional cost to PIC, supply all required plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, certificates, instructions, fabrication reports and the like in the form and at the times and in the numbers of copies specified in the Purchase Order or otherwise as reasonably required by PIC.
