Technical Publications. Seller shall supply to Buyer technical publications and revisions thereto required for operating, maintaining, repairing and overhauling the products supplied by Seller. The costs shall be borne by Buyer. All technical publications shall be in accordance with ATA Spec. 100 requirements. The quantities for each type of technical publication are based on product quantities. Technical publications shall be delivered via email directly to Buyer on or before the delivery dates according to relevant Purchase Agreement. Appropriate revisions to all technical publications shall be supplied to Buyer from time to time as required to maintain such publications current throughout the support period. Such revisions shall be provided in the same format and quantity as originally delivered publications and shall show revision date and identification code. Revisions due to changes affecting more than one publication shall be issued simultaneously.
Technical Publications. At least [***] days prior to publishing, publicly presenting, and/or submitting for written or oral publication a manuscript, abstract or the like that includes Information relating to any Licensed Product that has not been previously published, each Party shall provide to the other Party a draft copy thereof for its review (unless such Party is required by law to publish such Information sooner, in which case such Party shall provide such draft copy to the other Party as much in advance of such publication as possible). The publishing Party shall consider in good faith any comments provided by the other Party during such [***] day period. In addition, the publishing Party shall, at the other Party’s reasonable request, remove therefrom any Confidential Information of such other Party. The contribution of each Party shall be noted in all publications or presentations by acknowledgment or co-authorship, whichever is appropriate.
Technical Publications. Neither Party may publish peer reviewed manuscripts, or give other forms of public disclosure such as abstracts and presentations, of data or results of activities under this Agreement with respect to Products for use in the Field in the Territory, without the opportunity for prior review by the other Party, except to the extent required by applicable Laws. A Party seeking publications shall provide the other Party the opportunity to review and comment on any proposed manuscripts or presentations which relate to any Product at least sixty (60) days prior to their intended submission for publication or presentation. The other Party shall provide the Party seeking publication with its comments in writing, if any, within thirty (30) Business Days after receipt of such proposed manuscripts or presentations. The Party seeking publication shall consider in good faith such comments thereto provided by the other Party and shall remove from the proposed manuscripts or presentations any and all of the other Party’s Confidential Information at the request of such other Party. In addition, the Party seeking publication shall delay the submission for a period up to ninety (90) days in the event that the other Party can demonstrate reasonable need for such delay, including the preparation and filing of a Patent application. If the other Party fails to provide its comments to the Party seeking publication within such thirty (30) Business Day period, such other Party shall be deemed not to have any comments, and the Party seeking publication shall be free to publish in accordance with this Section 8.5 after the sixty (60) day period has elapsed. The Party seeking publication shall provide the other Party a copy of the manuscript or presentation at the time of the submission. The Party seeking publication shall not have the right to publish or present the other Party’s Confidential Information without prior written consent of the other Party, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. The contribution of each Party shall be noted in all publications or presentations by acknowledgment or co-authorship, whichever is appropriate. Technical Publications. IAE will provide free of charge to Spirit technical publications necessary to operate and/or maintain the Engines. Such technical publications will be updated regularly to include all revisions of the technical publications.
Technical Publications. 4.1 The Buyer and the Seller agree that an integral portion of the Technical Publications product support is the implementation of a functioning "E-Pubs" system by the Buyer prior to delivery of the first Aircraft. Accordingly, the Buyer and the Seller will together devise a plan to (a) make available to the Buyer on such "E-Pubs" system all Technical Publications now only available on CD-ROM, (b) the Buyer and the Seller will commit to implement "E-Pubs" as soon as practicable, and (c) agree on the allocation of the costs of any necessary interim implementation.

Technical Publications. IAE and its subcontractors produce publications and maintenance information as described below to support the maintenance and modification requirements of the airline customer. The publications are prepared in general accordance with Air Transport Association of America (ATA) Specification No. 100. The manuals will be available to Spirit subject to IAE's current terms and conditions. IAE supplies the airplane manufacturer with all the necessary information required to perform "On-Aircraft" engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing. This information is developed through close coordination between the airplane manufacturer and IAE and is integrated by the airplane manufacturer into its maintenance publications.
