TECHNICAL REGISTRATION PROCESS. Upon completion of construction of the Signal Distribution System, System Operator shall promptly for-▇▇▇▇ to STAR CHOICE a completed Technical Registration Form, in the form of Exhibit C to the System Operator Agreement, and comply with the following procedures:
a) System Operators shall measure the digital signal quality for each Star Choice RF channel in the Signal Distribution System using a DTH IRD at the worst case drop point.
b) The System Operator shall complete the Technical Registration Form in its entirety and according to the instructions described therein.
c) System Operator shall return the Technical Registration Form to the address set forth in Section 6 of these Policies and Procedures.
d) Upon receipt and review of the Technical Registration Form, STAR CHOICE shall notify System Operator of STAR CHOICE's determination whether the Technical Registration Form demonstrates that the Signal Distribution System meets the minimum reporting requirements of the Technical Specifications. If at any time STAR CHOICE determines in good faith that a Signal Distribution System is not in compliance with the Technical Specifications, because it does not meet the measurement September 10, 1998 13 EXHIBIT D STAR CHOICE MDU SYSTEM OPERATOR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES standards or otherwise, the System Operator shall cure such noncompliance within thirty (30) days of STAR CHOICE's notification thereof. Following such a notification, System Operator shall submit a new Technical Registration Form reflecting the corrective action taken. After the 30-day cure period has elapsed, and prior to STAR CHOICE receiving evidence of corrective action and a new Technical Registration Form, STAR CHOICE may suspend payment of any Commissions or other payments otherwise due System Operator until such corrective action is taken and a new Technical Registration Form is received and approved.
