Technical Resources. The Contractor shall provide technical resources in sufficient quantity to support the CALNET contracted services, as agreed to by the Contractor, Cal OES, and the CALNET CMO. The Contractor’s technical resources assigned to provide support to this Contract shall possess a thorough knowledge of FirstNet Services. In addition, the Contractor technical resources shall understand the State’s objectives, and possess experience to support the Business and Technical Requirements of this Agreement.
Technical Resources. Content Partner will provide sufficient resources in order to implement Content and advertising placements by March 31, 2000.

Furthermore, if Evolve in its reasonable judgment determines a resource is unsatisfactory and upon written notice of such, Paradigm shall use its reasonable efforts to expeditiously replace such resource with another suitably qualified resource.

The Contractor’s technical resources assigned to provide support to both the CALNET Program and the CALNET DNCS Customers shall possess a thorough knowledge of the following:

3. CALNET DNCS Services;
4. Root causes of network failures;
5. Network monitoring tools;
6. Industry trends;
7. Capacity planning; and,
8. Network security. In addition, the technical resources shall understand the California Department of Technology’s objectives and possess experience to support the Business and Technical Requirements of the End-Users.
Technical Resources. At a minimum, the following technical and scientific information developed by the EARIP resources will be utilized during the decision-making process. It is the intent of the EARIP that the decision-making process provides a full vetting of this information.
Technical Resources. At Mazda’s reasonable request, Dealer will make the technical resources required available in order to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
Technical Resources. Throughout the development of the contract, awardee companies should have the following technical resources at their disposal as a minimum: A database of all suitable potential candidates for profiles that meet Ineco's needs, nationally and internationally. A series of language tests: Spanish and English; additional languages desirable. A series of competency tests and other evaluations tools. A network of branches or collaborating companies to provide services internationally. A virtual platform or an online tool to improve the selection process as well as communication with Ineco would be of additional value. Awardee companies should be in a position to investigate target markets. They should have up-to-date international databases that incorporate the profiles that Ineco require for the development of their activity, they should be conducting interviews and identifying key skills and they should be writing both progress reports and candidate proposal reports.
