Technical Report. Six (6) months prior to the Expiration Date (and in an updated form at return of the Aircraft), LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a Technical Evaluation Report in the form and substance of Exhibit L, as revised, and, in addition upon LESSOR's request, will make copies available of (a) drawings of the interior configuration of the Aircraft both as it presently exists and as it will exist at return, (b) an Airworthiness Directive status list, (c) a service bulletin incorporation list, (d) rotable tracked, hard-time and life-limited component listings, (e) a list of LESSEE-initiated modifications and alterations, (f) interior material burn certificates, (g) the Aircraft Maintenance Program, (h) the complete workscope for the checks, inspections and other work to be performed prior to return, (i) a list of all no-charge service bulletin kits with respect to the Aircraft which were ordered by LESSEE from Manufacturer or Engine manufacturer, (j) current Engine disk sheets and a description of the last shop visit for each Engine and (k) any other data which is reasonably requested by LESSOR.
Technical Report. Production information which provides the detailing, performance definition, specification, sizing and positioning of all systems and components enabling either construction (where the contractor is able to build directly from the information prepared) or the production of manufacturing and installation information for construction.
5. STAGE 5: Contract Administration and Inspection
Technical Report. (i) The Material Property is the only material property of the Company for the purposes of NI 43-101.
(ii) The Technical Report complied in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43-101 at the time of filing thereof and reasonably presented the quantity of mineral resources attributable to the Material Property evaluated therein as at the date stated therein based upon information available at the time the report was prepared. The Company does not have knowledge of any change to the facts and assumptions underlying the estimates in the Technical Report that would reasonably be expected to result in a material adverse change in any production, cost, price, resources or other relevant information in the Technical Report since the date of such report.
(iii) The Company made available to the authors of the Technical Report, prior to the issuance thereof, for the purpose of preparing such report, all information requested by them, and none of such information contained any misrepresentation at the time such information was so provided.
(iv) To the knowledge of the Company, all of the material assumptions underlying the mineral resource estimates in the Technical Report were on the date of such Technical Report reasonable and appropriate.
(v) The disclosure of estimates of mineral resources in the Public Disclosure Record comply in all material respects with NI 43-101.
(vi) The information set forth in the Public Disclosure Record relating to mineral resources required to be disclosed therein pursuant to NI 43-101 has been prepared by the Company and its consultants in accordance with methods generally applied in the mining industry and conforms in all material respects to the requirements of NI 43-101 and Securities Laws.
(vii) The Company is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43-101, has filed all technical reports required thereby, and there has been no change of which the Company is aware that would, to the knowledge of the Company, disaffirm or change any aspect of the Technical Report or that would require the filing of a new technical report under NI 43-101.
Technical Report. Schedule III sets out the current technical report relating to the Mining Claims (the “Report”). The Report was at the time of filing compliant, in all material respects, with the requirements of the Modernization of Property Disclosures for Mining Registrants as promulgated and adopted by the Commission, and was true, complete and accurate in all material respects at the time of filing. The Company made available to the respective authors thereof prior to the issuance of the Report, for the purpose of preparing the Report, as applicable, all information requested, and no such information contained any material misrepresentation as at the time the relevant information was made available. The Report, as of its date, accurately and completely set forth all material facts relating to the Mining Claims, and as of the date hereof and the date of the Prospectus, there is no new material scientific or technical information concerning any of the Mining Claims required to be included in the Report.
Technical Report. No later than six (6) months prior to the Expiration Date (and in an updated form at return of the Aircraft), LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a Technical Evaluation Report in the form and substance of Exhibit O, as revised, and, in addition upon LESSOR’s request, will make copies available of (a) drawings of the interior configuration of the Aircraft both as it presently exists and as it will exist at return, (b) an Airworthiness Directive status list, (c) a service bulletin incorporation list, (d) rotable tracked, hard-time and life-limited component listings, (e) a list of modifications, alterations and repairs, (f) interior material burn certificates, (g) the Maintenance Program, (h) the complete workscopes for the checks, inspections and other work to be performed prior to return, (i) a forecast of the checks, inspections and other work to be performed within eighteen (18) months after return of the Aircraft, (j) a list of all no-charge service bulletin kits with respect to the Aircraft which were ordered by LESSEE from Manufacturer or the Engine Manufacturer, (k) current Engine disk sheets, (l) last Engine shop visit reports, (m) takeoff and cruise trend reports for the last nine (9) months and (n) any other data which is reasonably requested by LESSOR.
Technical Report. (a) The LIK Project is the only material property of Zazu for the purposes of NI 43-101;
(b) The technical report (the "Technical Report") prepared by JDS Energy & Mining Inc. for Zazu on the LIK Project with a report date of April 23, 2014 titled "Preliminary Economic Assessment Technical Report, Zazu Metals Corporation, Lik Deposit, Alaska, USA", complied in all material respects with the requirements of NI 43-101 at the respective time of filing thereof and reasonably presented the quantity of mineral resources attributable to the LIK Project evaluated therein as at the respective dates stated therein based upon information available at the time the Technical Reports was prepared. Zazu does not have knowledge of a change in any production, cost, price, resources or other relevant information provided since the date such information was provided;
(c) Zazu has made available to the authors of the Technical Report, prior to the issuance thereof, for the purpose of preparing such report, all information requested by them, and none of such information contained any misrepresentation at the time such information was so provided;
(d) All of the material assumptions underlying the resource estimates in the Technical Report are reasonable and appropriate;
(e) The disclosure estimates of mineral resources as described in the Zazu Disclosure Record comply in all material respects with NI 43-101; and
(f) Zazu is in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of NI 43- 101, has filed all technical reports required thereby, and there has been no change of which Zazu is or should be aware that would disaffirm or change any aspect of the Technical Report or that would require the filing of a new technical report under NI 43- 101.
Technical Report. The Contractor will contribute to the study-wide technical report that documents all the technical aspects of the study. Contributions by the Contractor will include psychometric procedures and decisions for the test and the survey data and the preparation of the public report. The technical report will be critical to ensure that contractors conducting and equating future rounds of national CC assessments can replicate the analyses and statistics. Additionally, decisions with regard to the construction of the scale for 2019 that may have implications for scaling and equating in 2022 are to be documented. Sections contributed by the Contractor include: quality assurance procedures used to check all data data coding rules, including the treatment of missing data and rules for counting and categorising student groups scaling procedures and results equating procedures and decisions and equating errors plausible value methodology reporting of results The current ABS remoteness classification system has five categories (Major Cities of Australia, Inner Regional Australia, Outer Regional Australia, Remote Australia and Very Remote Australia). On endorsement of the content and format of the report by ACARA, the Contractor will provide the final report for ACARA’s graphic designer.

C. Additional technical work likely to be required prior to commercial exploitation of the research by the New Jersey industrial partner.
Technical Report. GW agrees to provide to Sponsor a final technical report, which shall summarize the research program accomplishments and significant research findings. No other reports or deliverables are required to be submitted. The final technical report shall be submitted to Sponsor within ninety (90) days of the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
