Technical Support Center Access. As part of its warranty obligations in Sections 13.1 and 13.2, SSI or its Subsidiaries shall provide Level 3 Support through its Technical Support Center telephone assistance on a [*] basis for Hardware, Firmware and Software during the applicable warranty period specified above.
