TECHNOLOGICAL OR OTHER CHANGES. 26.01 25.01 In this Article "technological change" means the introduction and use in the workplace of new machines or equipment which result in significantly different work duties. In this Article "organizational change" means a change in the size, composition or reporting relationship of any work group. In this Article "operational change" means a significant alteration in work patterns, methods or processes, including the floor or building where the work in question is performed.
