TECHNOLOGICAL OR PROCEDURAL CHANGES AND SEVERANCE PAY. 17.01 Definition, Notice, Disclosure and Consultation a) Wherever possible, the Employer shall provide the Union with up to six (6) months' written notice of intention to introduce automated equipment and/or procedural change. b) The Employer agrees to disclose full details of the planned technological and/or procedural changes, which may cause any change to an employee's normal duties or place of employment. c) The Employer and the Union shall enter into meaningful consultation regarding such technological and/or procedural changes prior to implementation.
