Technology Collaboration Plan. The Technology Collaboration shall be conducted in accordance with a Technology Collaboration Plan that will be approved by the JSC. The Technology Collaboration Plan shall set forth the overall strategy and objectives for the Technology Collaboration, as well as each Party’s activities to be conducted under the Technology Collaboration, and an annual budget (based on Quarters) [***] for the Technology Collaboration activities.
