Common use of Technology Export Clause in Contracts

Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System Solution in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor Cre8tive or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the System Solution in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Crimea region of the Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System Software in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor ESO or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the System Software in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Date - Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System Service in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor Xxxxx or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the System Service in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Customer shall will not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall will not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the System Services in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall will not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Technology Export. Customer User shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer User shall not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).

Technology Export. Customer shall will not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor CLL or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall will not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).
