Technology Export. Customer shall will not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the Software Services in violation of any U.S. or foreign law or regulation; oror (b) export any software provided by OpenCities or otherwise remove it from the United States or Canada except in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer will not permit any third party to access or use the Services in, or export such software to, a country subject to an applicable embargo.
