Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) allow itself or any third party to access or use the Services in violation of any US law or similar applicable regulation; or (b) allow or any third party to access or use the Services in, or export such software to, a country subject to a US embargo or sanction.

Technology Export. Customer shall will not: (a) allow itself or permit any third party to access or use the Services in violation of any US U.S. or foreign law or similar applicable regulation; or (b) allow export any software provided by OpenCities or otherwise remove it from the United States or Canada except in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer will not permit any third party to access or use the Services in, or export such software to, a country subject to a US embargo or sanctionan applicable embargo.
