Common use of Technology Outside the Field of Use Clause in Contracts

Technology Outside the Field of Use. (a) Upon mutual written amendment to this Agreement, the Parties may expand the Field of Use, subject to the terms and conditions for supply of Interferon Gamma 1-B set forth in the Supply Agreement, the payments set forth in Sections 8.2 through 8.8 below inclusive and all other applicable obligations of Connetics under this Agreement.
