Common use of Technology Requirement Clause in Contracts

Technology Requirement. (a) Subrecipient shall use the latest National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) specifications and guidelines regarding the use of Extensible Markup Language (XML) for all projects funded by this Grant. Further information about the required use of NIEM specifications and guidelines is available at xxx.xxxx.xxx. (b) For any information technology system funded by Grant Funds under this Agreement, Subrecipient shall ensure that such project complies with 28 CFR Part 23, Criminal Intelligence Systems Operating Policies, if such regulation is determined to be applicable.
