Technology Risks. The Tokens are intended to represent a new capability on emerging technology that is not fully proven in use. As the technology matures, new capabilities may dramatically alter the usefulness of the Tokens or the ability to use or sell them. The functionality of the Tokens is complex, will require enhancements and product support over time, and full functionality may take longer than expected. The full functionality of the Tokens is not yet complete and no assurance can be provided of such completion.
Technology Risks. The site of the Issuer may require maintenance and during such time it may not be possible to process the request of the customers. This could result in delays and/or failure in the processing of instructions. The User understands that the Issuer disclaims all and any liability, whether direct or indirect, whether arising out of loss or otherwise arising out of any failure or inability by the Issuer to honor any customer instruction for whatsoever reason.

I/we understand that JSL disclaims all and any liability, whether direct or indirect, whether arising out of loss of profit or otherwise arising out of any failure or inability by JSL to honor any client instruction for whatsoever reason.
