Technology Transfer Timing and Fee. The Parties will commence the transfer of manufacturing technology pertaining to the Products and CoSeal Units as soon as possible, but not later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, and anticipate that transfer of manufacturing of the Products or CoSeal Units from the Cohesion facility to a facility where the Products or CoSeal Units will be manufactured by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be completed by September 30, 2004.
