Telecommunication Facilities. The WDO shall ensure that sufficient internal telecommunication infrastructure catering to basic telephony and other value-added telecom services are available at the Site.

Telecommunication Facilities. Landlord will provide only a suitable connection for usual and customary voice telephone service at the designated locations in the Building. All connection, installation, usage charges, maintenance and repair charges for such telephone service shall be Tenant’s responsibility. Installation of Telecommunication Facilities beyond those specified as Landlord’s responsibility under the first sentence shall be the responsibility of Tenant. Telecommunication Facilities, whether installed as part of the Tenant Improvements or as a Tenant Alteration, shall be subject to removal, at Tenant’s expense, in accordance with Section 2.6 (“Tenant Improvements”) or Section 5.3 (“Removal of Property”).

Telecommunication Facilities. The Districts agree that no telecommunication facilities shall be constructed except pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement with the City and that no such facilities owned, operated or otherwise allowed by the Districts shall affect the ability of the City to expand its telecommunication facilities or impair existing telecommunication facilities.
