Telecommunication Facilities. The District agrees that no telecommunication facilities owned, operated or otherwise allowed by the District shall affect the ability of the City to expand its public safety telecommunication facilities or impair existing telecommunication facilities.

Telecommunication Facilities. Landlord will provide only a suitable connection for usual and customary voice telephone service at the designated locations in the Building. All connection, installation, usage charges, maintenance and repair charges for such telephone service shall be Tenant’s responsibility. Installation of Telecommunication Facilities beyond those specified as Landlord’s responsibility under the first sentence shall be the responsibility of Tenant. Telecommunication Facilities, whether installed as part of the Tenant Improvements or as a Tenant Alteration, shall be subject to removal, at Tenant’s expense, in accordance with Section 2.6 (“Tenant Improvements”) or Section 5.3 (“Removal of Property”).
