Telecommunication Services. Shall be defined herein as it is defined under Section 3 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(46).

VDOC will provide inmates with hearing disabilities at VDOC Correctional Facilities with a range of telecommunication devices to ensure communication with people outside of VDOC that is substantially similar to the access to telecommunication services VDOC provides to inmates who do not have hearing disabilities.

Telecommunication Services. Tenant will contract directly with third party providers and will be solely responsible for paying for all telephone, data transmission, video and other telecommunication services (“Telecommunication Services”) subject to the following:
Telecommunication Services. 1. The Annex on Telecommunications of GATS and Reference Paper on Telecommunications shall be incorporated, mutatis mutandis, into and form an integral part of this Agreement.
2. Each Party shall ensure that licensing requirements for suppliers of telecommunications networks or services of the other Party are applied in the least trade restrictive manner and are not more burdensome than necessary.
3. Each Party shall facilitate consultation with suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services of the other Party operating in its territory in the development of telecommunications policy, regulations and standards.
4. In accordance with its laws and regulations, each Party shall ensure that suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services of the other Party operating in its territory are provided with adequate advance notice (10) of, and the opportunity to comment on, regulatory decisions of general application that its telecommunications regulatory body proposes.
5. The Parties shall encourage their respective telecommunications service suppliers to cooperate to reduce the wholesale rates for international mobile roaming between the two Parties, with a view to reducing international mobile roaming rates.
Telecommunication Services. Next Telecom will provide the Customer with the following Telecommunication Services either directly or as an agent, distributor or reseller of a telecommunication service provider.
Telecommunication Services. To the extent permitted in the Lease, Subtenant shall have the right to contract directly with telecommunications and media service providers (each a “Telecommunication Provider”) of Subtenant’s choice. Subtenant shall promptly pay and be solely responsible for the cost of such service. Sublandlord shall not be obligated to incur any expense, liability or costs in connection with any Telecommunication Provider proposed by Subtenant. Subtenant will have access and use of the existing cabling and wiring during the Sublease Term, all in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Sublease and the Lease.
Telecommunication Services. Comdisco will provide Customer with the networking capability and telecommunications equipment described in a Schedule to connect the Backup Capability or CAS Service to Customer's designated site(s).
