Telecommunication Services. Shall be defined herein as it is defined under Section 3 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(46), as may be amended in the future, which states “the offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.”
Telecommunication Services. VDOC will provide inmates with hearing disabilities at VDOC Correctional Facilities with a range of telecommunication devices to ensure communication with people outside of VDOC that is substantially similar to the access to telecommunication services VDOC provides to inmates who do not have hearing disabilities.

The Parties shall encourage their respective telecommunications service suppliers to cooperate to reduce the wholesale rates for international mobile roaming between the two Parties, with a view to reducing international mobile roaming rates.

Telecommunication Services. Next Telecom will provide the Customer with the following Telecommunication Services either directly or as an agent, distributor or reseller of a telecommunication service provider.
