Telecommunications Operator. A "Telecommunications Operator" shall mean any Person that operates telecommunications and communications networks and/or renders any telecommunications or communications services and/or conducts any business anywhere in the world which is related or similar to the Business of the Company.
Telecommunications Operator. Meal Allowance. In recognition that Telecommunications Operators are unable to leave their work area to have a meal, every Telecommunications Operator who works over a recognised meal period shall be entitled, at TDHB's expense, to a meal allowance to the following values:
(a) $3.00 (day shift);
(b) $10.00 (afternoon/evening shift)

(c) For Fibre To The Home (FTTH) work:
Telecommunications Operator. Cranes, Boom trucks, rubber tire backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, front end loaders, directional drills, trenching machines, or similar equipment. PAY BENEFIT PLAN SUB PLAN PENSION SUB- TOTAL TRAINING FUND *LABOUR RELATIONS TOTAL PKG. iii) 1,001-2,000 hours Telecommunications Operator (85% of the Telecommunications Operator Rate): BENEFITS DATE WAGES VAC. PAY BENEFIT PLAN SUB PLAN PENSION SUB- TOTAL TRAINING FUND *LABOUR RELATIONS TOTAL PKG. iv) 0-1,000 hours Telecommunications Operator (75% of the Telecommunications Operator Rate): BENEFITS DATE WAGES VAC.
