TELEGRAPH SERVICE. 1. The charges for telegrams between India and Bangladesh shall be as listed in the Annex attached to this Agreement. The Government of India and the Government of Bangladesh shall have the right to modify their respective charges for telegrams between India and Bangladesh subject to three months' notice being given by one Administration to the other.

TELEGRAPH SERVICE. The Charges for telegrams between India and Bangladesh shall be as listed in the Annex attached to this agreement. The Government of India and the Government of Bangladesh shall have the right to modify their respective charges for telegrams between India and Bangladesh subject to three months’ notice being given by one Administration to the other. There shall be no sharing of charges on telegrams between India and Bangladesh. The charges collected on such telegrams shall be retained by the country of origin. The charges on an outward telegram from Bangladesh to countries other than India, transited via India, shall comprise. Terminal share of Bangladesh as fixed by Bangladesh. Plus a charge for the telegram between India and the country of destination according to the prevailing telegraph tariff between India and that country, subject to such charge in respect of traffic from Bangladesh being varied if that becomes necessary as a result of consultations/negotiations by the Government of India with the countries concerned.

  • Telephone Service Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease to the contrary:

  • Personal Delivery When personally delivered to the recipient, notice is effective upon delivery.

  • Notices and Service 13.1 Any notice or other information required or authorised by this Agreement to be given by either party to the other shall be given by sending via pre-paid registered post, email, facsimile transmission or other comparable means of communication.

  • Transmission Service Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Part II of the Tariff on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.
