This program will reduce our employees from seeking immediate health care for low intensity health concerns in urgent care centers and emergency rooms and provide immediate high quality access to care. In an effort to encourage employees to participate in the Telehealth program, a co-pay of only ten ($10) dollars will be charged for employees or dependents who use the services provided by telehealth.
