Telematics Devices. Transmission of information using a telematics device (including cellular, satellite, local area networks and other similar systems) may be subject to legal requirements (including with respect to radio frequency use authorization) that may vary from location to location. You agree to comply with all legal requirements relating to transmission of information using telematics devices, including limiting use of any such device to those locations where all legal requirements for the use of the device and related communications networks have been satisfied. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable Laws, Pentair disclaims all liability related to any failure to comply with any legal requirements relating to transmission of information using telematics devices. If Pentair discovers any such non-compliance, Pentair may discontinue the transmission of information from that device.
Telematics Devices. If the Telematics Device is damaged beyond repair or destroyed or where its repair would be uneconomic, we shall provide you with a replacement Telematics Device. By signing this Schedule, You acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound its terms. If there is any conflict between any paragraph in this Schedule and any clause in the Terms, this Schedule shall take opening hours. In the event of a pre-delivery, you will be responsible for the Vehicle from the point of delivery to the specified location.
