Common use of Telephone and Electric Wires Clause in Contracts

Telephone and Electric Wires. No boring or cutting for telephone or electric wires shall be allowed without the written consent of the Landlord and any such wires shall be introduced at the place and in the manner required by Landlord. The location of each tenant's call boxes, telephones, speakers, and all other office equipment affixes to it premises shall be subject to the approval of the Landlord. Each tenant shall pay all expenses incurred in connection with the installation of its equipment, including any telephone and electricity distribution equipment.
