Common use of TELEPHONE AUTHORIZATION Clause in Contracts

TELEPHONE AUTHORIZATION. The Bank may honor telephone instructions for advances or repayments given by any one of the individuals who signed the application for this Line on the Borrower's behalf, or any other individual designated by any one of such authorized individuals. Repayments authorized by telephone shall be withdrawn from the Borrower's Account. The Borrower indemnifies and excuses the Bank (including its officers, employees, and agents) from all liability, loss, and costs in connection with any act resulting from telephone instructions it reasonably believes are made by any individual authorized by the Borrower to give such instructions. This indemnity and excuse will survive this Agreement's termination.
