Telephone/Computer Services Sample Clauses

The Telephone/Computer Services clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the use of telephone, internet, and computer resources provided by one party to another, typically in a workplace or contractual setting. It often specifies acceptable and prohibited uses, such as restricting personal calls or internet browsing, and may outline monitoring rights or security requirements. Telephone/Computer Services. Price Services shall maintain a Telephone Servicing Staff of representatives ("Representatives") sufficient to timely respond to all telephonic inquiries reasonably foreseeable. The Representatives will also effect telephone purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other transactions mutually agreed upon by both parties, for those Shareholders who have authorized telephone services. The Representatives shall require each Shareholder or participant effecting a telephone transaction to properly identify himself/herself before the transaction is effected, in accordance with procedures agreed upon between by both parties. Procedures for processing telephone transactions will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Price Services will also be responsible for providing Tele*Access, OnLine Access and such other Services as may be offered by the Funds from time to time. Price Services will maintain a special Shareholder Servicing staff to service certain Shareholders with substantial relationships with the Funds.
