Common use of Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBB. 10.2 CBB’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBB, from CBB to Verizon, or from CBB to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBB, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB. 10.6 CBB may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Ymax Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Ymax for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBYmax. 10.2 CBBYmax’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Ymax who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBYmax, from CBB Ymax to Verizon, or from CBB Ymax to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Ymax for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Ymax under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Ymax switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBYmax, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBYmax. 10.6 CBB Ymax may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with CBB Easton Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Easton for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBEaston’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Easton who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBEaston, from CBB Easton to Verizon, or from CBB Easton to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Easton for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Easton under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Easton switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBEaston, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBEaston. 10.6 CBB Easton may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB PNG Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB PNG for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPNG. 10.2 CBBPNG’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB PNG who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPNG, from CBB PNG to Verizon, or from CBB PNG to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB PNG for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB PNG under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB PNG switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPNG, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPNG. 10.6 CBB PNG may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Reconex Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Reconex for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBReconex. 10.2 CBBReconex’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Reconex who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBReconex, from CBB Reconex to Verizon, or from CBB Reconex to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Reconex for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Reconex under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Reconex switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBReconex, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBReconex. 10.6 CBB Reconex may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Rhythms Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Rhythms for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBRhythms. 10.2 CBB’s Rhythms' use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Rhythms who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBRhythms, from CBB Rhythms to Verizon, or from CBB Rhythms to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB CLEC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Rhythms under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Rhythms switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBRhythms, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBRhythms. 10.6 CBB Rhythms may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Z-Tel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Z-Tel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBZ-Tel. 10.2 CBBZ-Tel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and as reflected in Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, and as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Z-Tel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBZ-Tel, from CBB Z-Tel to Verizon, or from CBB Z-Tel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB CLEC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Z-Tel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Z-Tel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBZ- Tel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBZ-Tel. 10.6 CBB Z-Tel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. ‌ 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Talk America Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBTalk America’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.time.‌ 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Talk America who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBTalk America, from CBB Talk America to Verizon, or from CBB Talk America to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.changes.‌ 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Talk America switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBTalk America, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBTalk America. 10.6 CBB Talk America may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB VarTec Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB VarTec for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBVarTec. 10.2 CBBVarTec’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB VarTec who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBVarTec, from CBB VarTec to Verizon, or from CBB VarTec to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB VarTec for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB VarTec under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB VarTec switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBVarTec, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBVarTec. 10.6 CBB VarTec may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Covista Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Covista for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBCovista. 10.2 CBBCovista’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Covista who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBCovista, from CBB Covista to Verizon, or from CBB Covista to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Covista for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Covista under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Covista switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBCovista, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBCovista. 10.6 CBB Covista may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Reseller Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB iNetworks for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBB’s iNetworks, Reseller and Reseller Customer use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB a Reseller who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBB, a Reseller from CBB a Reseller to Verizon, or from CBB a Reseller to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB iNetworks for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the a Reseller or a Reseller Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB iNetworks under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB iNetworks switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBiNetworks, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBiNetworks. 10.6 CBB iNetworks may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with CBB FTCS Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB FTCS for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBFTCS’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB FTCS who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBFTCS, from CBB FTCS to Verizon, or from CBB FTCS to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB FTCS for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB FTCS under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB FTCS switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBFTCS, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBFTCS. 10.6 CBB FTCS may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB VNCI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB VNCI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBVNCI. 10.2 CBBVNCI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB VNCI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBVNCI, from CBB VNCI to Verizon, or from CBB VNCI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB VNCI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB VNCI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB VNCI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBVNCI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBVNCI. 10.6 CBB VNCI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB KDL Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB KDL for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBKDL. 10.2 CBBKDL’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB KDL who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBKDL, from CBB KDL to Verizon, or from CBB KDL to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB KDL for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB KDL under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB KDL switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBKDL, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBKDL. 10.6 CBB KDL may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Northstar Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Northstar for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNorthstar. 10.2 CBBNorthstar’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Northstar who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNorthstar, from CBB Northstar to Verizon, or from CBB Northstar to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Northstar for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Northstar under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Northstar switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNorthstar, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNorthstar. 10.6 CBB Northstar may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB CLEC Party Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CLEC Party for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBCLEC Party’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB CLEC Party who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBCLEC Party, from CBB CLEC Party to Verizon, or from CBB CLEC Party to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB CLEC Party for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB CLEC Party under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB CLEC Party switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBCLEC Party, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBCLEC Party. 10.6 CBB CLEC Party may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB NL Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NL for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNL. 10.2 CBBNL’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB NL who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNL, from CBB NL to Verizon, or from CBB NL to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB NL for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB NL under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB NL switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNL, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNL. 10.6 CBB NL may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB API Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB API for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBAPI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB API who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAPI, from CBB API to Verizon, or from CBB API to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB API for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB API under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB API switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAPI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAPI. 10.6 CBB API may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB IG2 Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB IG2 for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBIG2. 10.2 CBBIG2’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB IG2 who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBIG2, from CBB IG2 to Verizon, or from CBB IG2 to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB IG2 for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB IG2 under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB IG2 switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBIG2, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBIG2. 10.6 CBB IG2 may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB ATI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB ATI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBATI. 10.2 CBBATI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB ATI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBATI, from CBB ATI to Verizon, or from CBB ATI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB ATI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB ATI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB ATI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBATI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBATI. 10.6 CBB ATI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB TNCI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB TNCI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBTNCI. 10.2 CBBTNCI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB TNCI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBTNCI, from CBB TNCI to Verizon, or from CBB TNCI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB TNCI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB TNCI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB TNCI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBTNCI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBTNCI. 10.6 CBB TNCI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Global Link Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Global Link for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBGlobal Link. 10.2 CBBGlobal Link’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Global Link who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBGlobal Link, from CBB Global Link to Verizon, or from CBB Global Link to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Global Link for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Global Link under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Global Link switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBGlobal Link, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBGlobal Link. 10.6 CBB Global Link may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Connectel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Connectel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBConnectel. 10.2 CBBConnectel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Connectel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBConnectel, from CBB Connectel to Verizon, or from CBB Connectel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Connectel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Connectel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Connectel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBConnectel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBConnectel. 10.6 CBB Connectel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with CBB Airespring Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Airespring for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBXxxxxxxxxx’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Airespring who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAirespring, from CBB Airespring to Verizon, or from CBB Airespring to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Airespring for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Airespring under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Airespring switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAirespring, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAirespring. 10.6 CBB Airespring may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Excel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Excel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBExcel. 10.2 CBBExcel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Excel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBExcel, from CBB Excel to Verizon, or from CBB Excel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Excel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Excel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Excel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBExcel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBExcel. 10.6 CBB Excel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Cost Plus Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Cost Plus for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBCost Plus’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Cost Plus who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBCost Plus, from CBB Cost Plus to Verizon, or from CBB Cost Plus to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Cost Plus for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Cost Plus under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Cost Plus switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBCost Plus, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBCost Plus. 10.6 CBB Cost Plus may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB PW Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB PW for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPW. 10.2 CBBPW’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB PW who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPW, from CBB PW to Verizon, or from CBB PW to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB PW for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB PW under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB PW switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPW, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPW. 10.6 CBB PW may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB GNAPs Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB GNAPs for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBGNAPs. 10.2 CBB’s GNAPs’ use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB GNAPs who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBGNAPs, from CBB GNAPs to Verizon, or from CBB GNAPs to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB GNAPs for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB GNAPs under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB GNAPs switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBGNAPs, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBGNAPs. 10.6 CBB GNAPs may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB NexGen Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NexGen for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBNexGen’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB NexGen who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNexGen, from CBB NexGen to Verizon, or from CBB NexGen to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB NexGen for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB NexGen under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB NexGen switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNexGen, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBXxxXxx. 10.6 CBB 00.0 XxxXxx may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB CCA Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CCA for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBCCA. 10.2 CBBCCA’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB CCA who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBCCA, from CBB CCA to Verizon, or from CBB CCA to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB CCA for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB CCA under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB CCA switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBCCA, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBCCA. 10.6 CBB CCA may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Voxbeam Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Voxbeam for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBVoxbeam’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Voxbeam who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBVoxbeam, from CBB Voxbeam to Verizon, or from CBB Voxbeam to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Voxbeam for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Voxbeam under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Voxbeam switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBVoxbeam, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBVoxbeam. 10.6 CBB Voxbeam may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB D&E Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB D&E for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBB.D&E. 10.2 CBBD&E’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB D&E who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBD&E, from CBB D&E to Verizon, or from CBB D&E to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB D&E for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB D&E under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB D&E switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBD&E, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB.D&E. 10.6 CBB D&E may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB NOS Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NOS for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNOS. 10.2 CBBNOS’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB NOS who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNOS, from CBB NOS to Verizon, or from CBB NOS to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB NOS for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB NOS under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB NOS switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNOS, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNOS. 10.6 CBB NOS may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB New Horizons Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB New Horizons for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNew Horizons. 10.2 CBBNew Horizons’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB New Horizons who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNew Horizons, from CBB New Horizons to Verizon, or from CBB New Horizons to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB New Horizons for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB New Horizons under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB New Horizons switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNew Horizons, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNew Horizons. 10.6 CBB New Horizons may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Threshold Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Threshold for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBThreshold’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Threshold who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBThreshold, from CBB Threshold to Verizon, or from CBB Threshold to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Threshold for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Threshold under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Threshold switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBThreshold, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBThreshold. 10.6 CBB Threshold may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB FRCI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB FRCI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBFRCI. 10.2 CBBFRCI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB FRCI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBFRCI, from CBB FRCI to Verizon, or from CBB FRCI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB FRCI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB FRCI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB FRCI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBFRCI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBFRCI. 10.6 CBB FRCI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Neutral Tandem Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Neutral Tandem for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBNeutral Tandem’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Neutral Tandem who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNeutral Tandem, from CBB Neutral Tandem to Verizon, or from CBB Neutral Tandem to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Neutral Tandem for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Neutral Tandem under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Neutral Tandem switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNeutral Tandem, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNeutral Tandem. 10.6 CBB Neutral Tandem may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Ciera Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Ciera for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBCiera. 10.2 CBBCiera’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Ciera who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBCiera, from CBB Ciera to Verizon, or from CBB Ciera to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Ciera for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Ciera under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Ciera switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBCiera, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBCiera. 10.6 CBB Ciera may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB NUI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NUI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNUI. 10.2 CBBNUI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB NUI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNUI, from CBB NUI to Verizon, or from CBB NUI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB NUI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB NUI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB NUI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNUI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNUI. 10.6 CBB NUI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers. For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by NUI for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by NUI, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit NUI to route the NUI Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by NUI. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by NUI and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at NUI’s expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, NUI will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. NUI shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to NUI’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Prepaid Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Prepaid for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPrepaid. 10.2 CBBPrepaid’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Prepaid who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPrepaid, from CBB Prepaid to Verizon, or from CBB Prepaid to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Prepaid for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Prepaid under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Prepaid switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPrepaid, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPrepaid. 10.6 CBB Prepaid may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Talk Unlimited Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Talk Unlimited for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBTalk Unlimited. 10.2 CBBTalk Unlimited’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Talk Unlimited who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBTalk Unlimited, from CBB Talk Unlimited to Verizon, or from CBB Talk Unlimited to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Talk Unlimited for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Talk Unlimited under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Talk Unlimited switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBTalk Unlimited, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBTalk Unlimited. 10.6 CBB Talk Unlimited may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB New Access Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB New Access for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNew Access. 10.2 CBBNew Access’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB New Access who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNew Access, from CBB New Access to Verizon, or from CBB New Access to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB New Access for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB New Access under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB New Access switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNew Access, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNew Access. 10.6 CBB New Access may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Phone-Link Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Phone-Link for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPhone-Link. 10.2 CBBPhone-Link’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Phone-Link who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPhone- Link, from CBB Phone-Link to Verizon, or from CBB Phone-Link to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Phone-Link for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Phone-Link under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Phone-Link switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPhone-Link, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPhone-Link. 10.6 CBB Phone-Link may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Direct2Internet Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Direct2Internet for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBDirect2Internet. 10.2 CBBDirect2Internet’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Direct2Internet who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBDirect2Internet, from CBB Direct2Internet to Verizon, or from CBB Direct2Internet to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Direct2Internet for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Direct2Internet under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Direct2Internet switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBDirect2Internet, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBDirect2Internet. 10.6 CBB Direct2Internet may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB DSCI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB DSCI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBDSCI. 10.2 CBBDSCI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB DSCI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBDSCI, from CBB DSCI to Verizon, or from CBB DSCI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB DSCI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB DSCI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB DSCI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBDSCI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB. 10.6 CBB may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.DSCI.‌‌‌‌

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB PacOptic Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB PacOptic for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBPacOptic’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB PacOptic who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPacOptic, from CBB PacOptic to Verizon, or from CBB PacOptic to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB PacOptic for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB PacOptic under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB PacOptic switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPacOptic, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPacOptic. 10.6 CBB PacOptic may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB OneStar Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB OneStar for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBOneStar. 10.2 CBBOneStar’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB OneStar who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBOneStar, from CBB OneStar to Verizon, or from CBB OneStar to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.Telecommunications 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB OneStar under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB OneStar switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBOneStar, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBOneStar. 10.6 CBB OneStar may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Lightcore Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Lightcore for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBLightcore. 10.2 CBBLightcore’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Lightcore who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBLightcore, from CBB Lightcore to Verizon, or from CBB Lightcore to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Lightcore for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Lightcore under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Lightcore switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBLightcore, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBLightcore. 10.6 CBB Lightcore may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Prospeed Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Prospeed for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBProspeed. 10.2 CBBProspeed’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Prospeed who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBProspeed, from CBB Prospeed to Verizon, or from CBB Prospeed to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Prospeed for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Prospeed under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Prospeed switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBProspeed, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBProspeed. 10.6 CBB Prospeed may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with CBB Reseller Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB iNetworks for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBB’s iNetworks, Reseller and Reseller Customer use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB a Reseller who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBa Reseller, from CBB a Reseller to Verizon, or from CBB a Reseller to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB iNetworks for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the a Reseller or a Reseller Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB iNetworks under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB iNetworks switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBiNetworks, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBiNetworks. 10.6 CBB iNetworks may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Equal Access Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Equal Access for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBEqual Access. 10.2 CBBEqual Access’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.and 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Equal Access who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBEqual Access, from CBB Equal Access to Verizon, or from CBB Equal Access to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Equal Access for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Equal Access under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Equal Access switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBEqual Access, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBEqual Access. 10.6 CBB Equal Access may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Hello Depot Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Hello Depot for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBHello Depot. 10.2 CBBHello Depot’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Hello Depot who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBHello Depot, from CBB Hello Depot to Verizon, or from CBB Hello Depot to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Hello Depot for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Hello Depot under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Hello Depot switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBHello Depot, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBHello Depot. 10.6 CBB Hello Depot may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Winco Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Winco for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBWinco. 10.2 CBBWinco’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Winco who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBWinco, from CBB Winco to Verizon, or from CBB Winco to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Winco for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Winco under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Winco switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBWinco, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBWinco. 10.6 CBB Winco may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Intrado Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Intrado for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBIntrado. 10.2 CBBIntrado’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Intrado who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBIntrado, from CBB Intrado to Verizon, or from CBB Intrado to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB CLEC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Intrado under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB an Intrado switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBIntrado, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBIntrado. 10.6 CBB Intrado may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers Verizon may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB D-Max Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB D-Max for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBD-Max’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB D-Max who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBD-Max, from CBB D-Max to Verizon, or from CBB D-Max to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB D-Max for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB D-Max under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB D-Max switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBD- Max, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBD-Max. 10.6 CBB may D-Xxx xxx reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB NUI Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NUI for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNUI. 10.2 CBBNUI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB NUI who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNUI, from CBB NUI to Verizon, or from CBB NUI to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB NUI for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB NUI under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB NUI switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNUI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNUI. 10.6 CBB NUI may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Ygnition Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Ygnition for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBYgnition’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and VerizonXxxxxxx’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Ygnition who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBYgnition, from CBB Ygnition to Verizon, or from CBB Ygnition to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Ygnition for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Ygnition under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Ygnition switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBYgnition, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBYgnition. 10.6 CBB Ygnition may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB DSLnet Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB DSLnet for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBDSLnet. 10.2 CBBDSLnet’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB DSLnet who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBDSLnet, from CBB DSLnet to Verizon, or from CBB DSLnet to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB DSLnet for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB DSLnet under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB DSLnet switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBDSLnet, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBDSLnet. 10.6 CBB DSLnet may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Access Point Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Access Point for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBAccess Point. 10.2 CBBAccess Point’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Access Point who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAccess Point, from CBB Access Point to Verizon, or from CBB Access Point to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Access Point for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Access Point under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Access Point switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAccess Point, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAccess Point. 10.6 CBB Access Point may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Norcom Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Norcom for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNorcom. 10.2 CBBNorcom’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Norcom who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNorcom, from CBB Norcom to Verizon, or from CBB Norcom to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Norcom for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Norcom under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Norcom switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNorcom, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNorcom. 10.6 CBB Norcom may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB GCTC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB GCTC for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBGCTC’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB GCTC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBGCTC, from CBB GCTC to Verizon, or from CBB GCTC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB GCTC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB GCTC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB GCTC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBGCTC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBGCTC. 10.6 CBB GCTC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Premiere Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Premiere for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPremiere. 10.2 CBBPremiere’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Premiere who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBB, from CBB to Verizon, or from CBB to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change.to 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Premiere for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Premiere under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Premiere switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPremiere, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPremiere. 10.6 CBB Premiere may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Pac-West's use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law Law, the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s 's practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 . Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Pac-West who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“"VTS”") or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“"VLSNE”") changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPac-West, from CBB Pac-West to Verizon, or from CBB Pac-West to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 . Subject to applicable law, including applicable non-discrimination provisions thereof, Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Pac-West for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 . If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Pac-West under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Pac-West switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPac-West, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB. 10.6 CBB Pac-West. Pac-West may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s 's Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone. 10.2 CBBNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone, from CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone to Verizon, or from CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBNew Xxxxxxxx Telephone. 10.6 CBB New Xxxxxxxx Telephone may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Talk Unlimited Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Talk Unlimited for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBTalk Unlimited. 10.2 CBBTalk Unlimited’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and VerizonXxxxxxx’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Talk Unlimited who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBTalk Unlimited, from CBB Talk Unlimited to Verizon, or from CBB Talk Unlimited to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Talk Unlimited for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Talk Unlimited under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Talk Unlimited switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBTalk Unlimited, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBTalk Unlimited. 10.6 CBB Talk Unlimited may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB SBCT Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB SBCT for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBSBCT. 10.2 CBBSBCT’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB SBCT who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBSBCT, from CBB SBCT to Verizon, or from CBB SBCT to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB SBCT for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB SBCT under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB SBCT switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBB, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB.Verizon 10.6 CBB SBCT may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB BitWise Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB BitWise for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBBitWise. 10.2 CBBBitWise’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB BitWise who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBBitWise, from CBB BitWise to Verizon, or from CBB BitWise to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB BitWise for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB BitWise under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB BitWise switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBBitWise, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBBitWise. 10.6 CBB BitWise may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBB.Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. 10.2 CBBXxxxxxx.xxx Inc.’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBXxxxxxx.xxx Inc., from CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. to Verizon, or from CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBXxxxxxx.xxx Inc., or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB.Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. 10.6 CBB Xxxxxxx.xxx Inc. may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Airbus Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Airbus for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBAirbus’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Airbus who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAirbus, from CBB Airbus to Verizon, or from CBB Airbus to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Airbus for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Airbus under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Airbus switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAirbus, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAirbus. 10.6 CBB Airbus may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
