Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBB. 10.2 CBB’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBB, from CBB to Verizon, or from CBB to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBB, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBB. 10.6 CBB may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Talk America Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBTalk America’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time.time.‌ 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Talk America who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBTalk America, from CBB Talk America to Verizon, or from CBB Talk America to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes.changes.‌ 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Talk America switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBTalk America, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBTalk America. 10.6 CBB Talk America may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB API Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB API for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBAPI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB API who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAPI, from CBB API to Verizon, or from CBB API to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB API for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB API under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB API switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAPI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAPI. 10.6 CBB API may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB PCS Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB PCS for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPCS. 10.2 CBBPCS’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB PCS who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPCS, from CBB PCS to Verizon, or from CBB PCS to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB PCS for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB PCS under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB PCS switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPCS, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPCS. 10.6 CBB PCS may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Threshold Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Threshold for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBThreshold’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Threshold who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBThreshold, from CBB Threshold to Verizon, or from CBB Threshold to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Threshold for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Threshold under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Threshold switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBThreshold, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBThreshold. 10.6 CBB Threshold may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by NUI for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by NUI, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit NUI to route the NUI Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by NUI. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by NUI and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at NUI’s expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, NUI will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. NUI shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to NUI’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Phone-Link Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Phone-Link for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBPhone-Link. 10.2 CBBPhone-Link’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Phone-Link who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBPhone- Link, from CBB Phone-Link to Verizon, or from CBB Phone-Link to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Phone-Link for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Phone-Link under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Phone-Link switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBPhone-Link, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBPhone-Link. 10.6 CBB Phone-Link may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Xxxxxxx Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxxx for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBXxxxxxx. 10.2 CBB’s Xxxxxxx’x use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Xxxxxxx who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBXxxxxxx, from CBB Xxxxxxx to Verizon, or from CBB Xxxxxxx to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxxx for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxxx under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Xxxxxxx switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBXxxxxxx, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBXxxxxxx. 10.6 CBB Xxxxxxx may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB Access Point Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Access Point for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBAccess Point. 10.2 CBBAccess Point’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB Access Point who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAccess Point, from CBB Access Point to Verizon, or from CBB Access Point to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB Access Point for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB Access Point under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB Access Point switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAccess Point, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAccess Point. 10.6 CBB Access Point may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB WiMacTel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB WiMacTel for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBresale. 10.2 CBBWiMacTel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council and Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB WiMacTel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBWiMacTel, from CBB WiMacTel to Verizon, or from CBB WiMacTel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB WiMacTel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB WiMacTel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB WiMacTel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBWiMacTel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBWiMacTel. 10.6 CBB WiMacTel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with CBB API Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB API for resale or a Local Switching Network Element provided by Verizon to CBBAPI. 10.2 CBBAPI’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law the rules of the North American Numbering Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or CBB API who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element (“VLSNE”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS or VLSNE (including a change from Verizon to CBBAPI, from CBB API to Verizon, or from CBB API to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS or VLSNE the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS or VLSNE for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to CBB API for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS or VLSNE provided by Verizon to CBB API under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS or VLSNE have not been ported to a CBB API switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, CBBAPI, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and CBBAPI. 10.6 CBB API may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
