Common use of Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice for resale. 10.2 Wide Voice’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide Voice, from Wide Voice to Verizon, or from Wide Voice to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide Voice, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide Voice. 10.6 Wide Voice may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Princeton Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Princeton for resale. 10.2 Wide VoicePrinceton’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Princeton who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoicePrinceton, from Wide Voice Princeton to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Princeton to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Princeton for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Princeton under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Princeton switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoicePrinceton, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoicePrinceton. 10.6 Wide Voice Princeton may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice NHC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceNHC’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice NHC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceNHC, from Wide Voice NHC to Verizon, or from Wide Voice NHC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice NHC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceNHC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceNHC. 10.6 Wide Voice NHC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice QuantumShift Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice QuantumShift for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceQuantumShift’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice QuantumShift who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceQuantumShift, from Wide Voice QuantumShift to Verizon, or from Wide Voice QuantumShift to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice QuantumShift for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice QuantumShift under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice QuantumShift switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceQuantumShift, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceQuantumShift. 10.6 Wide Voice QuantumShift may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Globetel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceGlobetel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Globetel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceGlobetel, from Wide Voice Globetel to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Globetel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Globetel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceGlobetel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceGlobetel. 10.6 Wide Voice Globetel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Comcast Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Comcast for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceComcast’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Comcast who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceComcast, from Wide Voice Comcast to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Comcast to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Comcast for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Comcast under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Comcast switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceComcast, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceComcast. 10.6 Wide Voice Comcast may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Wide Voice A-Tech Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice A-Tech for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceA-Tech’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment10.4, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice A-Tech who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceA- Tech, from Wide Voice A-Tech to Verizon, or from Wide Voice A-Tech to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice A-Tech for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice A-Tech under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice A-Tech switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceA- Tech, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceA-Tech. 10.6 Wide Voice A-Tech may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Citrix Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Citrix for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceCitrix’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Citrix who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceCitrix, from Wide Voice Citrix to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Citrix to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Citrix for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Citrix under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Citrix switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceCitrix, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceCitrix. 10.6 Wide Voice Citrix may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Customers Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Xxxxxx for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceXxxxxx’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Xxxxxx who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceMarion, from Wide Voice Xxxxxx to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Marion to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Xxxxxx for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Xxxxxx under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Xxxxxx switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceXxxxxx, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceXxxxxx. 10.6 Wide Voice Xxxxxx may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Onvoy Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Onvoy for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceOnvoy’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Onvoy who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceOnvoy, from Wide Voice Onvoy to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Onvoy to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Onvoy for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Onvoy under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Onvoy switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceOnvoy, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceOnvoy. 10.6 Wide Voice Onvoy may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Bandwidth Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Bandwidth for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceBandwidth’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Bandwidth who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceBandwidth, from Wide Voice Bandwidth to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Bandwidth to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Bandwidth for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Bandwidth under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Bandwidth switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceBandwidth, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceBandwidth. 10.6 Wide Voice Bandwidth may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Selectel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Selectel for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceSelectel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Selectel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceSelectel, from Wide Voice Selectel to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Selectel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Selectel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Selectel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Selectel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceSelectel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceSelectel. 10.6 Wide Voice Selectel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section 10 applies in connection with Wide Voice Quality Tel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Quality Tel for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceQuality Tel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Quality Tel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceQuality Tel, from Wide Voice Quality Tel to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Quality Tel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Quality Tel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Quality Tel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Quality Tel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceQuality Tel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceQuality Tel. 10.6 Wide Voice Quality Tel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice NHC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC for resale. 10.2 Wide Voice’s NHC s use of telephone numbers telephonenumbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s Verizon s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice NHC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”( VTS ) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceNHC, from Wide Voice NHC to Verizon, or from Wide Voice NHC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice NHC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceNHC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceNHC. 10.6 Wide Voice NHC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Verizon s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice CBAD Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice CBAD for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceCBAD’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice CBAD who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceCBAD, from Wide Voice CBAD to Verizon, or from Wide Voice CBAD to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice CBAD for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice CBAD under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice CBAD switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceCBAD, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceCBAD. 10.6 Wide Voice CBAD may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Globetel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceGlobetel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Globetel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceGlobetel, from Wide Voice Globetel to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Globetel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center cent er from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Globetel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceGlobetel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceGlobetel. 10.6 Wide Voice Globetel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
