Common use of Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice for resale. 10.2 Wide Voice’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide Voice, from Wide Voice to Verizon, or from Wide Voice to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide Voice, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide Voice. 10.6 Wide Voice may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice NHC Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceNHC’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice NHC who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceNHC, from Wide Voice NHC to Verizon, or from Wide Voice NHC to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice NHC under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice NHC switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceNHC, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceNHC. 10.6 Wide Voice NHC may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Onvoy Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Onvoy for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceOnvoy’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Onvoy who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceOnvoy, from Wide Voice Onvoy to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Onvoy to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Onvoy for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Onvoy under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Onvoy switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceOnvoy, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceOnvoy. 10.6 Wide Voice Onvoy may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.

Telephone Numbers. 10.1 This Section applies in connection with Wide Voice Globetel Customers served by Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel for resale. 10.2 Wide VoiceGlobetel’s use of telephone numbers shall be subject to Applicable Law and the rules of the North American Numbering Council, Council and the North American Numbering Plan Administrator, the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, this Section 10), and Verizon’s practices and procedures for use and assignment of telephone numbers, as amended from time-to-time. 10.3 Subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.4 of this Attachment, if a Customer of either Verizon or Wide Voice Globetel who is served by a Verizon Telecommunications Service (“VTS”) changes the LEC that serves the Customer using such VTS (including a change from Verizon to Wide VoiceGlobetel, from Wide Voice Globetel to Verizon, or from Wide Voice Globetel to a LEC other than Verizon), after such change, the Customer may continue to use with such VTS the telephone numbers that were assigned to the VTS for the use of such Customer by Verizon immediately prior to the change. 10.4 Verizon shall have the right to change the telephone numbers used by a Customer if at any time: (a) the Customer requests service at a new location, that is not served by the Verizon switch and the Verizon rate center cent er from which the Customer previously had service; (b) continued use of the telephone numbers is not technically feasible; or, (c) in the case of Telecommunications Service provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel for resale, the type or class of service subscribed to by the Customer changes. 10.5 If service on a VTS provided by Verizon to Wide Voice Globetel under this Agreement is terminated and the telephone numbers associated with such VTS have not been ported to a Wide Voice Globetel switch, the telephone numbers shall be available for reassignment by Verizon to any person to whom Verizon elects to assign the telephone numbers, including, but not limited to, Verizon, Verizon Customers, Wide VoiceGlobetel, or Telecommunications Carriers other than Verizon and Wide VoiceGlobetel. 10.6 Wide Voice Globetel may reserve telephone numbers only to the extent Verizon’s Customers may reserve telephone numbers.
