Telephone Recording. Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.
Telephone Recording. For service quality assurance and regulatory reasons, the Company and its subcontractors may record telephone calls made from and to its offices. You hereby agree that telephone calls made either by you or the Company may be recorded.
Telephone Recording. The Borrower agrees that the Bank may electronically record all telephone conversations between the Borrower and the Bank with respect to any FX Transaction and that any such recording may be submitted in evidence in any arbitration or other legal proceeding. Such recording shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence as to the terms of any FX Transaction in the event of a dispute.
Telephone Recording. Where telephone conversations are recorded, we will inform you of this at the beginning of the call together with our reasons for doing so and any objections should be raised immediately. Telephone recordings will be stored securely for no longer than necessary and you have the right to request a copy where this is still available. The call recordings will only be passed to third parties where we have a legal right or legal obligation to do so. Payment card data is protected in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and our system prevents us from recording Sensitive Authentication Data (SAD) or where this is not possible, is immediately deleted after card authorisation.
Telephone Recording. We may use voice record orders, instructions or conversations we receive by telephone. Our voice records shall be prima facie evidence of the order, instructions or conversations recorded, and you agree that such records shall be admissible as such evidence in any Proceedings (as defined in Clause 43.2).
Telephone Recording. Notification may be given via a call-in telephone recording provided by the Employer. The recording shall be available at least two (2) hours prior to the start of the shift. It shall be the employees responsibility to call in if such a recording is provided.
Telephone Recording. You understand and agree that we may monitor and/or record any of your phone conversations with us.
Telephone Recording. You agree and consent to:
a. the electronic recording by Openmarkets of the telephonic conversations between you and Openmarkets with or without an automatic tone warning device;
b. the use of recordings or transcripts from such recordings for any purpose which Openmarkets deems desirable, including their use as evidence by either party in any dispute or anticipated dispute between Openmarkets, the Intermediary or you; and
c. Openmarkets keeping the recording for as long as it sees fit.
Telephone Recording. 26.1. The Client authorises and consents to the recording of their conversations with us including, but not limited to, conversation held by telephone, internet chat and meetings. The Client agrees to the use of such recordings as evidence in litigation or disputes. This clause authorises both parties to record but does not require either party to do so or to provide any additional or further warning of such recording prior to the recording. The recording of these conversations does not give the Client the right to request a copy of the recording in the event of a dispute. Such recordings remain the property of TD365 at all times.
Telephone Recording. You understand and agree that for our mutual protection, we may electronically record any of your telephone conversations conducted with Seller or Seller's assigns, including Preferred Credit, Inc. (PCI), without further notice to the parties to such conversations. These telephone conversations include all conversations between you and Seller or Seller's assigns communicated via traditional telephone wire and wireless devices such as cordless and cellular phones. You acknowledge and consent to the retention of and use of such recordings by Seller or Seller 's assigns, their employees, representatives and agents of all information and data obtained in any recorded conversation for purposes of settling disputes as well as for ongoing quality assurance programs.
