Bank Administration. The Sick Leave Bank shall be administered by a Sick Leave Bank Committee. The committee shall consist of two (2) members selected by FEA and one (1) member selected by the District. It is understood that committee membership may rotate throughout the year. It is the committee’s responsibility to approve or deny requests for Sick Leave Bank usage. Decisions by the Sick Leave Bank Committee are final and are not subject to grievance. The Sick Leave Bank Committee shall process requests in accordance with legal requirements. Administration of the Sick Leave Bank shall be audited at the end of each school year by a representative of the FEA and a representative of the District, not to include Sick Leave Committee members.

Decisions by the Sick Leave Bank Committee are final and are not subject to grievance. The Sick Leave Bank Committee shall process requests in accordance with legal requirements. Bank Administration. 1. Should a teacher who has received a grant from the Sick Leave Bank return to work prior to using all of the hours authorized by the Bank, the remaining hours will be restored to the Sick Leave Bank from the employee's sick leave account.
Bank Administration. If we administer certain security aspects of the Service, we will set up access as you direct on the applicable Service Request Form. To change the authority of each person you indicate should have access to the Service, to add a person or to delete a person, you must notify us in writing by execution and delivery of an amended Service Request Form or another notice that complies with the Agreement. After we receive information from you to delete access for a person, we will act promptly to delete that person’s authority. After we receive information from you to establish or modify access for a person, we will have at least sixteen (16) full Business Hours to implement the changes you request. We will have no liability for any access to the Service or transactions that occur through the Service price to the time that we are able to implement the requested changes. (c)
Bank Administration. If Customer does not enroll in Bank’s self-administration option, there is one category of Authorized Representatives: Users. Bank will assign Bank’s then- current Log-On credentials to each User Customer designates. Each User Customer designates will remain authorized until Bank has a reasonable time to act after receiving Customer’s notification that the User is no longer so authorized. P P
