Telephone System. The Owner shall arrange with Bell Canada for the design, provision and installation of an electrical supply system to serve the subject lands as approved by the Director of Municipal Engineering Services. All telephone services are to be installed underground.
Telephone System. Primary ducting and telephone wiring to be brought into the Building’s main telephone room on ground floor.
Telephone System. The Parties acknowledge that DSPGL’s telephone system services both DSPGL’s facilities and those occupied by Corage under certain leases assigned by DSPGL to Corage pursuant to the Separation Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Corage shall be entitled to utilize such telephone system without charge.
Telephone System a. The ADRC shall have its own dedicated toll free phone number. If the ADRC chooses to also maintain a local phone number or numbers, these numbers must be solely dedicated to the ADRC.
b. The ADRC phone number(s) shall be publicized on the ADRC’s web site, in the ADRC’s marketing materials, and published in local telephone book(s). For county-based ADRCs, the ADRC phone number shall also be publicized on the home page of the county’s web site if other county agency telephone numbers are included on the home page.
c. The ADRC telephone shall be answered during the ADRC’s business hours directly by a person who will identify to the caller that they have called the “Aging and Disability Resource Center.” Incoming calls to the ADRC shall be answered promptly.
d. The telephone system shall transfer calls internally within the ADRC without requiring the caller to place a separate call. The capacity to transfer calls internally within the ADRC applies to both single office ADRCs and multiple- office ADRCs, including regional ADRCs. The customer shall be informed if their call is being transferred, and ADRC staff shall speak with the receiving staff member to identify the caller and complete the transfer.
e. If, after regular business hours, the ADRC phone is not answered by a person, then it shall be answered by a system that identifies the ADRC’s regular business hours, permits callers to leave a message, and refers callers to an emergency number. The ADRC shall respond to phone messages by the end of the next business day.
Telephone System. All telephones with services thereto shall be provided by Tenant. All telephone charges shall be paid by Tenant directly to the telephone utility company furnishing the service. All interior facilities within the Demised Premises required by the telephone company to provide service shall be furnished by Tenant. Tenant must cause conduit to be run from the telephone equipment rooms or panel boxes within the structure to the Demised Premises, and this must be done in accordance with the telephone company's requirements.
Telephone System. IWTS network, equipment, and services were installed and are repaired and maintained by the current IWTS contractor at no cost to the State. The IWTS network and platform is provided by the IWTS contractor. IWTS equipment includes telephones, cut-off switches, various types of telephone enclosures/pedestals/carts, live monitoring equipment with speakerphones, and IWTS Investigative Workstations. The IWTS contractor currently provides portable Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) to each CDCR facility. The IWTS equipment is located at CDCR adult and youth facilities in the Private Branch Exchange (PBX) buildings, the Remote Peripheral Exchange (RPE) buildings, Telephone Rooms/Closets, Housing Units, Observation Towers, Gyms, Offices, Control Booths, Hospitals, Firehouses and Investigator’s Offices, among other locations. The IWTS equipment at CDCR Field Offices is typically located in telephone rooms and offices. The IWTS contractor provides approximately four-thousand, nine hundred and ninety four (4,994) telephones at adult facilities and sixty-eight (68) telephones at youth facilities designed to accommodate incarcerated individual originated, non-confidential personal calls. Coinless, tamper-resistant telephones are designated exclusively for incarcerated individuals. The IWTS contract includes requirements that meet security standards and employs special computer-based security features intended to protect the public. These features include:
1) Ability for offenders to make domestic calls and international calls prepaid by the called party or collect where available to the friend and family.
2) Call monitoring and recording;
Telephone System. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4(c)(ii) of the Sublease, Subtenant's use of Sublandlord's telephone/voice/data system in connection with Subtenant's sublease of the Sublease Premises shall automatically terminate effective January 1, 1997 and Subtenant shall have no right to any further use of such system from and after said date. Any replacement system which Subtenant desires to effect or install in the Sublease Premises shall be subject to Sublandlord's prior consent and shall comply with all requirements of the Sublease with respect to Subtenant's use and occupancy of the Sublease Premises.
Telephone System. Sublessee shall have the use of the existing telephone system located within the Premises during the Sublease Term. Sublessee shall surrender the telephone system to Sublessor in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted, at the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease. A description and an inventory of the equipment and services comprising the telephone system is attached as Exhibit "C".
Telephone System. Sublessor to provide twenty-five (25) direct dial lines for Sublessee. Sublessee will be responsible for installation and maintenance of network cabling.
Telephone System. VIVUS will make available to MEDA, for a period of thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, all hardware and software related to VIVUS’ corporate-wide telephone system currently in place at the Premises, free of charge to MEDA (other than actual charges incurred by VIVUS for calls made by or on behalf of MEDA during such period).
