Common use of Telephone Tie Line Clause in Contracts

Telephone Tie Line. Contractors whose offices are located outside the City shall make available to the Department a 212, 718, 646, 347 or 917 tie line to their telephone service. Failure to provide such tie line shall be considered a material breach of the Contract.
