Televisa Channel Marks Clause Samples

The 'Televisa Channel Marks' clause defines the rights and obligations related to the use of trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Televisa's television channels. It typically specifies which party may use these marks, under what conditions, and for what purposes, such as marketing, co-branding, or broadcast identification. This clause ensures that the integrity and reputation of the Televisa brand are maintained, while also clarifying the scope of permitted use to prevent unauthorized or inappropriate exploitation of the channel's intellectual property.
